Reservation-A Big Problem In India

Short Description:

Product Description

Reservation is a very big topic and cannot be totally discussed within one article.
so first of all we should discuss about what reservation really means in India?
The answer is:-Reservation is a kind of policy or a rule that was implemented in India. Reservation means that some seats are reserved for some people of lower section of society.

Why and when reservation was started in India?
Reservation was started as a noble cause but it was met by strong resistance and reforms. India achieved independence in 1947 and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was made head of the drafting committee of the IndianConstitution. With that an endless debate on the matter of reservation started. And at last it was implemented.
It was started in India because some backward section people were excluded from the rights,facilities,opportunities,etc...,which the upper section people get.
To uplift the lower class,so that they can also get equal right opportunities,freedom,etc...,reservation was started in India.
Before that the upper class oppressed the lower caste people.
so at that time Reservation was a good decision.

Now a big question arises whether the backward section people really get better opportunities?
The answer is a big no.The people of backward section who are already rich as well as educated, those only get benefits from reservation. Most of the backward uneducated  people don't know about reservation. Even due to lack of knowledge most of the backward section people couldn't send their children to middle schools.

Every thing has its positive and negative sides and i can't discuss this in this article so watch the video below to know about is reservation a boon or bane?

Thoughts of the writer
I belong to a general class family and I am not totally against reservation.
Some of the time it seems useful but on the other hand it seems like waste.
According to me reservation could be easily understood by the below story  :-
Once in a pound there were two fishes. Both of them fight with each other because one fish swims slower than the other one.
the fast swimmer always gets an advantage. So the slow swimmer fish went to an expert so can he could give him some advice after thinking a lot expert told the slow swimmer fish that you should tie some heavy weight behind on that fish so that he will become slow and you will get advantage.
The same thing happened in our country. This a very big reason why India is an developing country.
I know every Indian could relate his life with the above story.
  1. though its my first blog and i dint know much about it so its simple and even my vocabulary is not to good but  the above things which I wrote came from my heart and the thoughts which comes from heart  don't need words to express it could be easily understood.

And another thing please comment any topic which you think I should write on?
